The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to ensure the maintenance of Scott Dunn's existing cloud and on-prem infrastructure technologies whilst ensuring continuous improvement as per business requirements. This is inclusive of acting as a point of escalation for the IT Support Team, assisting with various business projects including the deployment of new tools/services, and delivering new technologies, upgrades, and solutions.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
Acting as the point of escalation for the IT Support team for 2 nd /3 rd line issues
Reviewing, archiving, and restoring on a regular period
Assisting with the ongoing development and maintenance of IT guides and documentation
Assisting the Head of Business Technology with various projects, including the deployment of new tools/services and producing in-house documentation
Assisting and setting up our offices and remote sites as required
Assisting all users with an attitude of 'nothing is too much trouble'
Proving critical support and guidance to the IT Support team with issues that require further assistance
Delivering new technologies, upgrades, and solutions to the business with minimal impact, whilst ensuring stakeholders are continually informed
About You
You will have significant experience in a network administration or infrastructure role coupled with a background in IT support and ideally exposure to cloud networking. However, these are not essential on their own, as the key ingredients we are looking for are service-orientation, strong communication skills with the ability to impart technical information to non-technical individuals, a knack for problem-solving and troubleshooting, and a genuine passion for IT infrastructure and IT system management. It would also help if you had a strong understanding and exposure to the following business technologies:
#####, SQL Server, Microsot Azure, Active Directory / Azure Active Directory & Group Policy, Intune, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Sharepoint, Azure Web Application Firewall, Azure networking, Cisco Products, Security tools such as Mimecast, Tenable, Trellix and Windows Defender, as well as automating tasks through PowerShell, and Microsoft Power Automate

Location
We aim to find someone who would be office based in our London, Hammersmith office.
