Job Descriptionii Connection, IT recruitment company with a laser focus on key domains including Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure and AWS, ML and AI is looking for a Tech Senior Recruitment Consultant with at least 4 years of experience in tech recruitment and business development.We are looking for enthusiastic Tech Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us. The right person will be responsible to search for potential clients and candidates. You also are responsible to screen candidates and match them to available job positions. You will create a recruiting strategy and work with clients and candidates from the sourcing stage up until the ideal candidate is hired.As a recruitment consultant you will be working closely with both clients and job applicants, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. A successful recruiter must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. If you are ambitious, competitive, self-motivated, have good communication skills and want to work in a fast-paced environment, then we would like to hear from you.We will provide you with all the coaching and support you need to succeed.The right candidate will be expected to support the Recruitment Director and the recruitment team.In return, we are offering you a highly competitive salary with uncapped commission and benefits along with an excellent working environment and the opportunity to develop within the company.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying new business opportunities in tech, with focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.Keeping up to date with trends within your sector.Building long-term relationships with new clients and managing relationships with existing ones.Create and post job advertisements.Recognise and strive to meet client's hiring needs.Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media.Match applicants to job positions.Assess applications and resumes.Screen applicants before the interviewing process.Create and implement recruiting strategies.Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.Requirements4+ years of overall professional experience in 360 tech recruitment. Proven experience in business development in a tech environment.Preferred RequirementsBSc/Ba in Human Resources, Marketing o Business Management.Working knowledge of Microsoft platforms.Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform and Azure will be held in high regard.Professional SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills-'Customer Focus'Strong verbal and written communication English. Knowledge of another language will be taken into very high consideration.Manages customer expectations effectively.Ability to quickly build relationships.Strong time management skills.
