Job Profile Summary:Join our Information Security team, composed of four specialized teams - Identity and Access Management, Operations, Assurance, and Engineering - dedicated to safeguarding Man Group. Partner with the business and tech departments to construct and refine security measures, employing a data-centric approach to ensure efficacy. As a technically minded team, our focus is clear: effective security that supports, not stalls, the company's momentum.Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), the Senior Information Security Assurance Analyst plays a pivotal role in strengthening the organization's security posture through the development and management of key performance indicators, data pipelines, and visualization tools. This expert is tasked with automating policy and compliance controls, streamlining reporting processes, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. A blend of technical acumen, analytical prowess, and effective communication skills is essential, as this role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure the organization's information assets are protected against evolving cybersecurity threats.Responsibilities:KPI Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and refine Key Performance Indicators for information security measures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Data Pipeline Construction: Design and implement robust data pipelines utilizing REST API, Python, Azure Functions, Power Automate, and SharePoint to facilitate efficient data collection and processing.Data Visualization: Develop comprehensive data visualization tools and dashboards in Python and PowerBI to effectively communicate security metrics and trends to stakeholders.Policy Automation: Define information security controls and automate their testing using Python and Power Automate, ensuring policies are upheld with minimal manual intervention.Compliance Automation: Streamline compliance processes by mapping requirements to controls and employing automation tools to monitor adherence and identify gaps.Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on security assurance activities and findings to various committees, assisting in strategic decision-making.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications like CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in software development, data science or information security, with a focus on assurance, devops or data analysis within a financial services, tech or security-driven organization.Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Python, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Power Automate, SharePoint, and PowerBI.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the aptitude to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.Project Management: Solid time management capabilities, with experience in leading projects and driving them to completion in a timely manner.Our Culture, Values and Benefits at ManMan Group is proud to provide the best working environment possible for all of its employees, and we are committed to equal opportunities.
