The Role
We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to join our client's Relationships team in their London office.
This will be for an initial 12-month full-time contract (FTC) with the potential to become permanent.
Our client's Relationships team is a proud, powerful collective of influencer and advocate specialists. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Accounts, Insights, and Design, to Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.
You will work across the business and help manage influencer relationships for a variety of brands and will help the agency deliver world-class influencer and advocate work. This Includes strategy, influencer identification, outreach, relationship management, activations, and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Creative/Strategy
Responding to project briefs; briefing and working with members of the wider team to develop an idea; presenting and selling that idea to the client.
Developing innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns.
Seeking to innovate in the activation of advocates and influencers.
Influencer Identification, Outreach and Management
Lead Identification briefs to ensure the team has a clear understanding of their target audience.
Responsible for ensuring the Identification processes (briefing and approval) are adhered to.
Maintaining the exceptional standard of all campaign engagement including ethical considerations.
Foster relationships with influencers, and establish a genuine connection with influencers of all levels to promote trust and two-way communication.
Maintain an ear to the ground for new creators to collaborate with.
Activation
Working with project teams to ensure campaigns are efficiently delivered to exceptional standards, on time and budget.
Client Relationship
Building client relationships; listening and understanding individual client requirements and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectations; understanding their brand(s) and customers.
Presenting to clients and attending client meetings and partner meetings and events.
Client & Industry Awareness
Understanding of endorsement/disclosure and the ever-evolving legalities of the influencer landscape.
Thorough knowledge of all the leading influencer tools and technology.
Line Management
Supporting the Relationships Director to manage a team to deliver effective performance.
Developing our people and ensuring they adhere to the standards you set.
Commercial Management
Working with Finance to ensure invoices (to Relationships 3rd parties/providers) are paid on time.
Keeping up to date with timesheets and expense claims.
What are we looking for?
3-4 years of account handling or influencer management experience.
Agency or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of the influencer landscape is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Social Platform proficiency.
Understanding of complex information with a problem-solving approach.
Proficiency in using influencer management tools, including identification and measurement, e.g. Traackr, and Demographics Pro.
Results-focused with a tenacious approach to delivery, quality of output and organisation are key to this role.
Ability to work calmly, efficiently and professionally under pressure.
Ability to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity.
Meticulous attention to detail & excellent organisational and time management skills.
Passionate, energetic and confident.
Team player: flexible and challenging.
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
