As our Industrialisation Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving the efficient transition of products from design to production. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong presence on the shop floor, where you will be leading activities between departments and ensuring seamless coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of product designs
Provide input to design team regarding any modifications to optimise production processes
Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes via process mapping, shop floor layouts and optimisation strategies
Conduct process capability studies, takt time analysis, and lead Kaizen events
