Senior Incident & Problem Service ManagerWe're looking for a Senior Incident & Problem Service Manager to join one of our public sector clients.Length: 12 monthsRate: up to £550 per dayIr35 status: Inside ir35Location: London, hybridClearance - Active SC preferredWe are looking for a Major Incident Manager who has extensive experience in managing Major Incidents and problems at all priority levels. The individual needs to be able to gain buy-in from the team to enhance the service and improve ways of working.Driving enhancements and improvements within the team (both process and resource) to the right level of maturity to be successful. Providing a User focused service in restoring IT issues affecting the business.Working closely with other teams to support reactive Incident and implement preventative measures.
