Our focus is on providing trusted advice and guiding our clients on their journey to better business analytics and decision-making.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Senior Hyperion Support Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing application and technical support services to our clients using Hyperion and Oracle CPM software. The day-to-day tasks include monitoring support tickets, troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and managing a range of support and application maintenance services, that includes full outsourced systems administration. This position is based at our Head Office in Keele, with some remote work each week.This is a key role reporting to the Head of Support and Managed Services, and will involve working with other Support team members, providing technical oversight on more challenging issues, some client management and acting as a technical lead and mentor to more junior members of the team.QualificationsTrained Administrator of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, Oracle EPM Cloud or OneStreamA minimum of 3 years experience in CPM Systems SupportAbility to manage challenging technical issues and ensure Customer SatisfactionEnjoys working in a team environment and is able to use their analytical skills to help othersExcellent English language communication skillsCapable of developing and maintaining business rule scripts (VB, MDX, C#, python, Javascript)Good knowledge of industry standard databases (SQL Server, Essbase)Strong attention to detail with proven trouble-shooting abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldThe ideal candidate will have previous Hyperion Application and Technical Support experience working in a client environment, for another Consultancy or a CPM software vendor. They will have excellent Oracle Hyperion product knowledge, and may be looking to develop their OneStream skills.We will accept applications only from candidates with RIGHT TO WORK in the UK.
