Senior Human Resources Business Partner

My client, an engineering and logistics business, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join them on a fixed term to cover maternity leave. This role will ideally be based in Newcastle.
This is a varied, fast-paced and autonomous role with a mix or strategic and operational responsibilities, and offers an opportunity to join an organisation committed to supporting its employees.
Supporting your own client groups, you will be joining a fellow HR Business Partner and will work closely with the Senior Management Team.
Senior HR Business Partner responsibilities:
HR business partnering throughout the full employee life cycle
Effectively partner with key stakeholders
Coach and support managers to effectively manage and develop employees
Help to drive employee engagement with leadership teams
Support on complex employee relations cases
Administration of the HR systems and records, with some administration support
Ensure that HR processes are followed by all managers and employees.
Manage and deliver HR Projects, initiatives and programmes.
Requirements:
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
6 years+ generalist HR experience in fast-paced HR function, ideally within a business partnering model
Strategic experience in terms of change management, HR projects and overall people strategy execution
Up-to-date knowledge of employment law / legislation
Solid Employee Relations experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Package:
Salary of circa £55k depending on experience, plus excellent benefits. If you think that you’d be a great fit for this role but have slightly higher salary expectations, I’d still love to hear from you
