Senior HR Business Partner – Contact Centres
Location: Warwickshire with travel to Milton Keynes
Salary: Around £65k + Car + Bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a leading private sector business that is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their team. With experience in contact centres, you will be a true generalist business partner with experienced in managing and influencing stakeholders across all levels. The role will work closely with the wider HR team to enable their people managers by coaching and guiding them in the management of all employee relations matters and formal cases, ensuring consistency and fairness of approach across the organisation.
What you will be doing?
Work in line with business strategic objectives, to pro-actively support the development of the business and its people within area of responsibility.
Act as business partner to managers, shaping and influencing their thinking on people issues, managing and pro-actively resolving all aspects of the employee life cycle.
Champion culture and values.
Lead on various projects including planning & delivering on organisational design changes.
Lead the focus on talent management and succession planning.
Provide effective professional HR advice and guidance in line with current legislation and company policies.
Monitor, manage and improve HR KPI’s and metrics for their area of responsibility.
What we are looking for?
Degree level education or equivalent, CIPD or MCIPD
Experienced HR Business Partner
Good Knowledge of UK employment legislation
Exceptional stakeholder management and business partnering
Delivery to deadlines and data management and reporting
Resourcing planning and partnering with internal hiring team
Ability to influence and drive the HR People plan with measured outcomes
Ability to work proactively across the business and HR function with minimal intervention
Note: This role will suit somebody who is a Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Consultant, Senior HR Consultant, Head of HR in a small business.
