You should possess the capacity to innovate beyond traditional methods and redefine norms within HR.
Why this role?
Lead change, taking people on a journey to create and execute the vision to move the business forwards.
Acting as a catalyst for change, you'll drive innovation in the business culture, directly influencing the business’s ambitious growth plans.
Have a clear career path with the next step up being the HR Manufacturing Director that reports into the HR VP.
The role
It's your job to inspire, coach and motivate the business leaders to 'bring out the best in our people', creating an environment of everyday engagement and a place where everyone feels safe to be their true authentic selves. Partner the Manufacturing leaders across three southern plants in the Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire. You’ll collaborate with a team of HR professionals and drive solutions related to strategic talent management, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion – supporting a culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
You…
We seek an HR Business Partner adept at fostering a culture of continuous improvement and championing change, creating a vision and bring people on board. Your ambition will drive constant innovation and push you beyond your comfort zone, always focusing on "how we can" rather than "why we can't. Your expertise will encompass talent management with a keen focus on succession planning, wherein you will collaborate closely with business targets to nurture and develop current talent while strategically preparing for the future. You’ll have the ability to translate business strategies into workable solutions.
