Senior HR Advisor Broker – City of London
£45,000 - £50,000 + benefits
Our client is a highly recognised London-based Brokers, looking to engage a Senior HR Advisor to work alongside the HR Manager with a generalist approach. This is an amazing corporate business, in the heart of the city, where your organisation skills, personality and forward thinking will be at the heart of everything you do! You will need to be able to demonstrate at least 5 years consistent experience within professional or financial services.
Broad overview of the responsibilities:
Working in a generalist capacity across all areas of HR
Regularly working with other areas of the business, including Compliance and Finance.
A good working knowledge around HR policies and procedures.
HR administration across a broad range of areas
Handling with confidence any performance/conduct/discipline/grievance issues.
Learning and development, including some training delivery and design.
Recruitment and selection at all levels.
Working with outside bodies to foster effective relationships (such as universities, schools, etc.)
Employee engagement and advising on employee reward when required.
Maintaining and improving HR systems, practices and processes.
Participation in other projects as and when required.
You will need:
5 years minimum experience
CIPD Qualified
Generalist Approach
