I'm delighted to be partnered with a leading Commodities' Trading organisation in the City of London on the growth of their HR Team. This role incorporates all elements of the employee lifecycle from Global HR Policies and Procedures, Employee Relations, Relationship Management, Mobility, and Employment Law. This role is a real opportunity for a HR Advisor operating at a senior level to take a step up, be incredibly autonomous and gain global exposure in a team of talented, and collaborative HR Professionals. The role reports into a HR Manager, with a wider team of 4 in London.
We need someone who can step in to manage employee relations cases end to end, with proven expertise in this space.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for HR operations policies and processes ensuring consistency in all jurisdictions.
Assist the Senior HR Manager in supporting approximately 280 employees internationally.
Partner with managers on employee relations matters, executing timely and commercial resolution, minimizing risk.
Provide guidance for all line managers, particularly on disciplinary, grievance and capability processes, and update them on legislative developments.
Continuous review and improvement of contracts of employment, the employee handbook and associated HR policies & processes.
Responsible for sourcing and maintaining all HR and people related systems.
Requirements:
4 + years proven HR experience in a Financial Services environment.
Expert knowledge of UK employment law, with the ability to handle complex ER cases end to end.
Good HRIS and data manipulation skills; ideally workday.
Effective experience working with and coaching senior stakeholders.
