Job DescriptionKingswood Group are excited to be assisting an expanding business based in Chelmsford with the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor, on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a part of a highly regarded and collaborative HR team.Duties to include:Working closely with the business and line managers to advise on a variety of HR issuesGuiding and influencing line managersProviding high quality HR support and guidanceManaging ER cases end to endCreating offer letters and paperworkEnsuring policy and procedure documents are kept up to dateProducing MI and reporting as requiredGeneral HR Administration duties including producing employee letters and documentationAd-hoc HR project workEssential experience requiredRecent experience operating as an HR AdvisorDemonstrable experience managing ER cases end-to-endTUPE experience - preferredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalConfident in dealing with senior stakeholder to influence and guideCIPD qualified or working towardsThe role will be office based initially, with hybrid working available after an initial period.
