Senior HR Advisor Position in London
Macmillan Davies is excited to be collaborating with a leading beauty company in London to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis. This role aligns with the company's organic growth in London, showcasing their exceptional talent pool. The Senior HR Advisor will be an integral part of a robust HR team, working alongside Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator support, under the guidance of an experienced and ambitious HR Director.
Responsibilities:
Utilize excellent knowledge of UK employment law, with exposure to EMEA considered a bonus.
Act as a true HR generalist, collaborating with various business areas to achieve desired outcomes in training, talent management, employee relations, and compensation/benefits.
Participate in critical hiring decisions and recommend diverse training programs, both in-house and external, to support informed business decisions and employee success.
Engage with different business areas, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and serve as a prominent HR representative for colleagues.
This role offers a hybrid working model, with the expectation of being in the London office three days a week. Previous experience in retail/beauty brands would be advantageous for applicants.
