About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Administrator to join North Bridge House. The successful candidate will be the lead in all aspects of the recruitment process and HR administration, including the maintenance of HR files, annual training, and compliance. Responsible for leading and overseeing all safer recruitment related activities across all 6 of the North Bridge House Schools. This role is based onsite at the school. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential qualities for this role. Proficiency in HRIS software and the Microsoft Office suite is required. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Above all, we are looking for a team player who is passionate about education.
