Senior HSE EngineerServe as a functional HSE expert, providing leadership and technical support to the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) facilities. Work within robust operating and management systems to reduce risk. Strengthen systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and Honeywell requirements. We are committed to the highest standard in everything we do!Key requirementsKey Responsibilities·Integrate HSE processes and safe work practices into site operations supporting site HSE leaders·Lead HSE initiatives as an integrated business partner to support achievement of site and AERO HSEF goals and ensure zero harm to everyone.·Drive Excellence in HSE through management leadership, employee involvement, worksite analysis, hazard prevention and control, and HSE training.·Maintain compliance with all environmental permit programs (wastewater, hazardous waste, stormwater, and Title V permits).·Lead Industrial Hygiene Programs·Lead Carbon Neutrality and Sustainability Projects (solar and CO2/NOx reduction initiatives) with a goal of carbon neutral by 2035YOU MUST HAVE ·Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in HSE or HSE related field ·3-5 years HS&E experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment ·Must be an EU or UK citizen due to contractual requirementsOur offer ·A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environment ·Market specific training and ongoing personal development. ·Experienced leaders to support your professional development
