An ideal opportunity to work for an organisation who value their employees and strive for success together.This role is to support the Head of Human Resources & Organisational Development in the implementation and application of the organisations HR policies and procedures, providing advice and guidance to line management as appropriate.The Senior HRBP will undertake a variety of HR project/specialist activities in support of the delivery of the HR strategy and business plan.Role Responsibilities Provide high quality advice and guidance to management on the interpretation and application of HR policy and procedure, particularly in relation to non-routine mattersAssist in the development and delivery of HR-related L&D programmes in support of the organisations management’s skills and knowledge of HR management and best practiceSupporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives, systems and programs to help improve the employee experiencePromoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisationRecruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidatesAssist in developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrates integrity, adaptability and the ability to collaborate well with othersGeneralist experience in all areas of Human Resource ManagementKnowledge and experience of managing the full employee lifecycle.Relevant CIPD recognised qualification or equivalent experience.If this sounds like your next move, please get in touch.
