Senior HR Specialist (ER) 6-month FTC

H9HR are partnering with a leading organisation in the public sector looking to hire a Senior HR Specialist - ER on a 6-month FTC

This role is based in Huddersfield with 1-day WFH

The role is within a brilliant and supportive HR team, where you'll be supporting around HR with a focus around ER case management.

Other duties:

• Build relationships with contacts in business areas.
• Provide contacts in business areas with professional advice to support best management practice.
• Maintain up to date knowledge and skills through participation in training and development.
• Oversee the probationary process for all staff.
• Candidates must have experience working in a unionised environment and public sector.

Start date: ASAP

Salary �34,000 - �38,000 DOE
