These tools are delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and deliver rapid improvements to manufacturing KPIs such as labor productivity, product quality, production costs and delivery lead-times.The RoleThe ideal talent should embody a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, leadership acumen and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices within a dynamic, global corporate environment.What will you be doing :Tactical FunctionsPayroll processing: manage end-to-end payroll processes for UK employees, including but not limited to: calculating salaries, bonuses, and deductions in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements related to payroll, resolving payroll discrepancies and answering payroll-related inquiries from employees.HR Compliance: stay up-to-date on UK employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices align with legal requirements.HR Administration: process employee related changes including promotions, salary changes, disciplinary actions, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation of employee contracts and data within the HRIS system.Employee relations: provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and proceduresLead onboarding of new staff including communication of company policies, benefits, facilities and equipmentLead offboarding of staff including processing termination in HRIS system, co-ordinating exit interviews, reporting back on key data and findingsSupport global HR programs and processes including: new hire survey analysis and reporting, annual employee engagement survey, annual performance and compensation review process, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and other employee engagement initiatives.Compile and analyse key HR data and make recommendations for improvements.Managing relationships, agreements and processes with outside service providers.Strategic Functions :Exhibit a profound understanding of the business and culture to provide visionary, strategic leadership and foster communication throughout the organization.Offer strategic counsel on various people and organizational matters including Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Planning, Talent Assessmentand Business Transformation.Cultivate strong, proactive, and collaborative relationships with the executive leadership team, serving as a dependable strategic advisor.Collaborate with the executive teamto develop an organizational and people strategy aimed at enhancing culture, improving organizational healthand boosting employee engagement.Champion innovative approaches to internal and external talent landscapes and strategic HR initiatives, driving business progress and influencing decision-making.Employ a data-driven approach to consistently assess organizational health, identify key trends, and proactively offer solutions.Formulate strategies to enhance leadership capabilities and spearhead initiatives resulting in widespread behavioral changes.Navigate ambiguity effectively and aid in resolving complex problems that transcend organizational boundaries.Cultivate an environment of personal accountability and ownership, ensuring commitment to change initiatives and addressing concerns effectively.Undertake additional responsibilities as assignedWhat you bring:Over 6years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in business partnering rolesBachelor’s degree in HR highly preferred;
