The Prodrive Group now comprises of four distinct but complimentary businesses (Motorsport, Advanced Technology, Composites and Brand&), benefitting from four decades of sporting and commercial success and a reputation for complex programme execution.As Senior HR Business Partner you will be a member of our Advanced Technology business’ leadership team and the Prodrive HR team. You will be a strategic thinker and experienced in evolving and cultivating a company culture. You will develop, drive and implement the People Strategy, providing people focused solutions and operational leadership. This role is pivotal in nurturing a positive work environment championing employee engagement and developing a culture which embraces change, authentic leadership and a workforce ready for our future challenges and programmes.This is an exciting time to join our team as we continue on our journey executing our focused Design, Develop, Produce strategy.
