Job DescriptionProvide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders Drive the design and execution of HR initiatives across commercial teams globallyDrive business performance through developing high performing teamsEnsure HR processes align with business objectivesDelivering people plans across the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, ER, talent development and succession planning, employee well being and engagement, retention, change management/ODCoach and mentor team members to enhance performanceSupport talent acquisition and retention strategiesManage employee relations and conflict resolutionMonitor HR metrics and develop action plans as neededEnsure compliance with all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements The Successful Applicant A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:Proven experience within a similar HR BP role, preferably within the FMCG or Consumer industriesDemonstrable experience of being a HR consultant to leadership teams on strategic initiativesStrong commercial accumen and credibility Strong knowledge of HR management processes and best practices - particularly within ERExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle complex HR issuesDemonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategiesA hands on and proactive HR professional What's on OfferA competitive salary of up to £75,000 per year, plus car allowance and bonusA supportive, flexible and inclusive work environment The opportunity to contribute to a globally recognised FMCG companyProfessional development opportunities within a thriving HR teamHybrid working, 2 days per week in the officeIf you're a Senior HR Business Partner interested in this role, please apply for this exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a successful FMCG company.
