Senior HR Business Partner

Senior HR Business partner (7-month contract initially) Our client is a leading scientific authority in nutrition and wellbeing, as well as being part of a wider global FMCG manufacturer and employer of choice. Their work has pioneered many important breakthroughs in understanding, collaborating with some of the world’s foremost scientific institutes, and has been positioned at the forefront of scientific research in this area for more than half a century. Our client is now seeking a senior HR Business Partner (initially contracted until the end of the year, but may be extended and/or made into a permanent role) to support the scientific leaders with driving and implementing a plan for change across this part of the global business, as well as focusing on organisational development and bringing the talent strategy to life. The role is currently home based and, when restrictions allow, there will be flexibility for the successful candidate to continue to work remotely for 2/3 days of the week. Key responsibilities include Implementing the people and capability strategic plan to meet the changing needs of the business and the evolving external agendas Partnering with leaders to increase expertise in critical capability areas, raising the overall talent bar in key capability areas. As well as strong 'build’ actions, this will include developing capability to leverage external partners in integrated research programs, and scientific capability Facilitating a culture and mindset change
