Job Description This interim Senior HR Business Partner opportunity is a truly commercial role. Key responsibilities:Define the specific people plans and key deliverables in partnership with the directors and their leadership teamsProvide guidance and support strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition to meet business goalsSupport the business area with all recruitment, working with business leaders to ensure that the best possible talent is appointedWork with the directors to ensure that their business leaders, managers of people and individual contributors performance standard / role profiles reflect the needs of the businessRecommend and implement initiatives to enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness, employee engagement, and team dynamicsSupport in the design and implementation of talent development programsLead the Performance, Talent and Reward cycle for your business areasLead the company's annual engagement surveySupport in the design, implementation, and adoption of the new HRISEnsure all employment law, regulations and procedural and governance standards are met regarding compliance, and industry codes of practice
The Successful Applicant This is a superb opportunity for an experienced, commercial Senior HR Business Partner. To be successful, you need to be/have:Min degree educated or equivalent - preferably MCIPDExtensive HRBP experience ideally from within the manufacturing sector or similarProven track record of leading change to enhance business performanceExperience of supporting cultural change and increasing engagement & enablementProven experience in handling sensitive employee relations matters What's on OfferSalary of c£65k pa plus benefits3-6 month contract initiallyImmediate startHybrid working, 3 days on site in Leeds
