Position: Senior HR Business Partner
Location: Sudbury
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (plus car allowance and Bonus)

Role Summary:
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you'll be a vital member of both the Factory Leadership Team and the Factory Management Team. Driving the development and execution of the Site People Plan. From spearheading Leadership & Development initiatives to navigating the Employee Relations landscape, your insights will fuel proactive plans, fostering improved employee engagement and a high-performance culture. Collaborating closely with union partners, you'll champion inclusivity and engagement, ensuring our operations thrive.

A bit about you:

• Extensive HR experience, within manufacturing, distribution or logistics, showcasing your business partnership expertise.
• A proven track record as an HRBP, adept in areas like Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Change.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, driving best practices and compliance.
• Strong communication skills, influencing with impact, and fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
