Senior HR Advisor

Artis HR are currently supporting an exciting business with the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor. The company are flexible in their operating model with 2 or 3 days in their central Bath offices

The HR advisor will work with a number of Divisional functional Heads, and a strong, supporting HR function within this very successful company. You will have responsibility for a number of key business functions, and will support the Senior HR team . You will be technically proficient in HR and flexible in your approach, willing to get stuck into all aspects of HR.

You will take initiative and help to professionalise this function, supporting the companies exciting business growth.

This role will present an opportunity to continue your career progression as they continue to expand their group functions.

Your key responsibilities will include:
 Manage escalated ER cases
 Delivering training on People processes and procedures
 Contributing to ongoing HR process improvements
 Supporting the engagement and Development functions
 HR project work as required

Required skills

 CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent
 Working knowledge of GDPR with demonstrable experience managing sensitive personal data and conducting data privacy impact assessments
 Good working understanding of UK employment legislation and experience translating this into practical advice for managers
 Experienced conducting grievance and disciplinary investigations
 Good working knowledge of occupational health procedures
 Proficient Microsoft Office skills with the ability to interrogate and manage large spreadsheets
 Confident communicator with experience delivering presentations
 Experience drafting employee communications

