Kingston Hospital and Hounslow & Richmond Community Health Care NHS Trust are currently undergoing an exciting period of integration and we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR professional to join the HR Advisory Team to provide an expert and comprehensive service to our Corporate services but also clinical departments at Kingston hospital as and when required.Main duties of the jobThis role provides advice and guidance to managers on all ER matters as well as some operational HR processes. The role remit also covers policy development, job evaluation, reporting and some exciting service redesign initiatives.You will have a good grounding in first line employee relations, a coaching style and experience of policy development and will be eager to extend your practice further. Your approach will be pragmatic and progressive and you will be experienced enough to advise on a mixed, varied and complex caseload alongside our Trade Union Partners.About usKingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is a single site, medium sized Hospital, located within Kingston-Upon-Thames in South West London.
