Senior HR Advisor

are pleased to be working with our client to source a
Senior HR Advisor
on a
12-month FTC , based in
Portsmouth . This role is offered on a full-time basis with the option of hybrid working.
You will be assisting and supporting line managers to deliver solutions. Part of the employee relations team working in partnership to understand customer needs you will deliver a full range of operational case work activities.
You will
be CIPD qualified and have experience of advising at senior level in HR, within a large and complex public sector organisation.
You will
have excellent and up to date knowledge of employment legislation and HR practice and experience of delivering successful outcomes on complex employee matters and case work.
You will
have strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
This position is paying a salary between £36,500 and £40,250 depending on experience.
