Building effectiverelationships with employees and managers across a number of differentdepartmentsDevelop coaching relationships with managers tobuild their capability in managing peopleResponsible formanaging and tracking ER issues such as disciplinary, grievance,sickness and PIPs.Providing advice and training tomanagers, ensuring legislation is followed and liaising with theTalent Partners where necessarySupport Talent Partnerswith organisational restructures and any TUPE processes, redundancies.Work closely with Talent Operations to maintain and updatepolicies and process when required and as per legislationProactively support the consistent approach to performance management,including providing training on process and tools, coaching andsupport to managers and ensuring standards are achieved across alldepartmentsContribute to Talent initiatives and changeprojects as directed by Talent Partners, working collaboratively withthe team to deliver to deadlinesWork with managers toensure everyone attends induction, probation objectives are being setand reviewed. Carrying out entrance interviews and analyzing newjoiner feedback.Conduct effective exit interviews,feedback the information required and highlight any concerns to TalentPartners and present quarterly analysisAssist in gatheringtalent mapping data and present in the required format. Be able tounderstand how this tool works effectively.Regularlyattend department meetings to keep up to date with business contextand changing industrySupport the coordination of salaryreviews, collaborating with the Talent Partners and Talent Operationsteam to ensure current data is up to date and conducting benchmarkingexercises. Supporting with communication around salary review process.Participate in engagement and retention initiatives, helpembed change and positively impact our cultureStronginterpersonal skillsQualificationsCIPDQualified or similar qualification or working towardsExcellent employment law knowledgeExperience in workingeffectively in a changing and fast-paced environment with flexibleapproachDemonstrate continuous personal and professionaldevelopmentPrevious experience in similar industrypreferred but not essentialExperience in gatheringanalysing employee dataImmediate to advance experience inExcel and PowerPoint
