The EssentialsAs the successful candidate, you will be a strong team-player, ideally possessing the following skills and abilities:Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or Business.Ability to anticipate and resolve HR matters across the employee lifecycle with a pragmatic and commercial approach.Strong continuous improvement and service orientation, recognising the importance of delivering great outcomes for our people.Proven advisory level experience in a generalist HR position, ideally supporting geographically dispersed sites with blue and white collar employees.Ability to interpret industrial legislation and instruments (i.e. Manufacturing, Storage and Clerks Awards). EA negotiation experience would be highly regarded.Experience with the implementation of Workday or similar HRIS would be highly regarded. Computer literacy, with skills in Microsoft office products essential.Ability to establish sound working relationships through strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.Ability to communicate with and influence people at all levels of the business, and be comfortable facilitating group presentations or training.Well organised, with an attention to detail, and an ability to manage competing priorities.Willingness to travel occasionally if required (domestic).
