An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Senior HR Advisor to join Milestones Trust. We are a not-for-profit charitable organisation with a 35-year track record of offering high quality person-centred support to people with learning disabilities and enduring mental health needs.
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will partner with two senior stakeholders and be responsible for an employee relations service for our learning disabilities residential services. You will also be expected to work cross-functionally to support the ‘people aspects’ of the Trust’s strategic growth priority, through involvement in drafting tenders and for acquisitions.
The role will include case management, working on organisational change projects, policy drafting and implementation, delivering HR training and coaching to build managers capability, as well as supporting TUPE processes.
This role is for you if you have:
A CIPD qualified at level 5 or equivalent.
Have practical experience of leading on TUPE and restructuring projects.
Experience of supporting with the delivery of in-house people management and leadership training and workshops for line managers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
