Duties and Responsibilities- Advise to Senior Business stakeholders, using insights and analytics to support the business and wider people strategy.
- Oversight on employee relationships.
- Advising on complex issues using HR knowledge.
Skills and Experience Required- Stakeholder management- experience partnering with various business areas.
- Ability to effectively manage complex issues.
- Good all-round experience of HR systems, practices and policies.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
