This role requires a dedicated Senior HR Advisor, with strong Employee Relations experience, to support within a thriving not-for-profit organisation. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven HR expertise and a passion for fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace environment.

Description

Joining a team of HR Business Partner's this role will partner senior management teams and key stakeholders to drive the implementation of key priorities, such as:

� Provide HR guidance to team members and management

� Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's vision

� Handle complex employee relations issues

� Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

� Assist in the development and coordination of training programs

� Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies

� Participate in performance evaluation processes

� Contribute to the promotion of equality and diversity within the organisation

Profile

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working within an HR department, advising, guiding and coaching managers and employees on the full spectrum of Employee Relations and Resourcing issues. Previous Business Partnering experience would be advantageous, however, experience in managing Employee Relations cases is a priority requirement for this vacancy.

� A degree in Human Resources and/or CIPD Level 7 (or working towards is essential.)

� Proven background as a HR Advisor/HRBP.

� Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices

� Strong strategic and people skills

� Ability to design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals

� Excellent communication and leadership skills

� A background within not-for-profit organisations and/or public sector would be advantageous.
