Your new role
As a permanent Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR BP, you will be part of a busy HR team responsible for both hands-on operational HR duties and strategic HR duties.Responsibilities will include:
Business partnering senior stakeholders.
Proactively addressing retention, skills development, engagement, wellbeing initiatives and supporting with embedding of the company culture.
Managing performance, conduct, capability, attendance, and people policy.
Designing & delivering training on HR best practice.
Supporting with the recruitment & selection process.
Supporting or leading HR projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR BP within a fast-paced commercial organisation.Ideally, you will have experience in a blue-collar environment that operates shift patterns. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or
above or equivalent. What you'll get in returnA fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor looking to step into a junior HR BP role within a fast-paced commercial organisation.Hybrid working, 2 days based in Milton Keynes and 3 days based from home, with occasional travel to
London. Bonus up to 20% of the annual salary. 25 days holiday + bank holidays Private Healthcare Generous pension.
