This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join a highly respected campaigning charity.
Reporting into the Head of Human Resources you will be delivering and overseeing high-quality, proactive HR advice and guidance on HR policies and processes. Your key accountabilities will include:- Overseeing and improving the day to day delivery of HR services and HR administrationCoaching and supporting managers in handling performance and conduct issuesProviding HR support and advice to the Learning and Development Manager on the annual PDR processDeveloping, coaching and supporting line managers with the full cycle of the recruitment processWorking closely with the Head of HR and HR Project Manager in reviewing and reviewing updating HR policiesIdentifying key metrics to support operational decision making and inform strategic HR initiativesEnsuring there is a continual focus on diversity, inclusion and anti-racism You should be an experienced HR Advisor with a strong HR Generalist skill set gained working in a fast paced charity or not for profit organisation. A good knowledge of HR best practice, employment law and an ability to coach and influence line managers is essential. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified.
