Experience required…
Essential:
Eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence and able to drive (travel to non-public transport offices for meetings will be part of this role)
UK Highway design experience within a public, private or third sector UK based client
The desire to be actively involved in the commercial side of our business making decisions on local P&L with the guidance of Associate and Regional Directors
The professional interest to support and manage remote staff members in their Progression Plans and day to day management.
The social ability to develop client relations through phone calls, teams and attending meetings/networking events to market our brand and service. (training provided)
To have strong and clear verbal and written communication skills
To have the initiative in recruiting technically skilled professionals through online memberships and tools provided for you (training provided)
Strong time management, people management and organisational skills
A professional approach amongst peers and colleagues
Desirable:
Qualification related to Civil or structural Engineering.
Experience at senior level managing people, processes, and timelines
Competent and aware of recruitment legislation
Aware of GDPR legislation
Previous experience working in secondment
