Are you a self-motivated and strong leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team?

We are looking to recruit a Senior Helpdesk Coordinator to join a highly successful and growing organisation based in Bolton.

This would be ideal for an individual who has experience working in customer service management or team leader roles in a fast paced, contact centre environment. We are seeking someone who is driven by developing, training and supporting their team to meet company KPIs targets and who has excellent communication and self-motivation.

Offering a great basic salary of £28000, onsite parking, gorgeous modern offices, working on a 2 week rolling rota - Week 1 Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and Week 2 Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:15pm.

What will you be doing as a Helpdesk Coordinator?

Using your great communication skills to working closely with another senior helpdesk coordinator to manage a team of 12 staff
Overseeing the helpdesk function ensuring all daily KPIs are maintained working in line with company policies and procedures
Delivering training and support to new and existing team members ensuring your leading by example and being available for ongoing support
Conducting 121s and ensure all development needs of the team are met
Supporting the Facilities Manager with any tasks required to ensure efficient running of the helpdesk department
Update all company processes to the team to ensure one way of working
Working closely with estates and contractors ensuring all Health & Safety is adhered too
Monitoring staff calls times t ensure they are in line with company KPI expectations
Attending meetings to build relationships and share ideas and best practice
Managing poor performance of helpdesk coordinators and putting plans in place for development
Working with contractors to negotiate rates and costs for works being undertaken
Managing weekly budgets to identify cost reduction opportunities
What skills & experience will you need as a Senior Helpdesk Coordinator?

Have worked in contact centre senior management roles such as Customer Service Manager or Team Leader
Enjoy a busy working environment in a contact centre that services up to 300 calls a day
Work to SLA agreements and can comfortably negotiate and communicate with contractors on costing and budget
You have excellent management skills and can have challenging conversations when required to help a staffs performance
Enjoy working in a large and busy team

Basic salary of £28000
2 Week Rota - Week 1 Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and Week 2 Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:15pm
