Caritas Futures are supporting a well-known national Children and young people Charity with an Emotional Health & Wellbeing Practitioner (Domestic Abuse Practitioner) and a Senior Health & Wellbeing Practitioner baded in Warwickshire.

As an Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Practitioner (Domestic Abuse Practitioner) you will support Children, Young People, and Young Adults across our Emotional Health & Wellbeing services by offering low intensity support under a brief intervention framework

Experience:

  • Must have experience of working with Parenting, families, children, and young people
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience of supporting families who are dealing with complex and sensitive issues through offering advice and advocacy
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to plan and manage own workload

Due to the nature of the work the following are essential:

  • DBS on update service or one will be conducted on your behalf
  • On site working to best support clients
  • A driving licence, access to a car and willingness to travel across the region
