Senior Health, Safety & Fire Manager

Reporting to the HSEQ Operations Lead, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day safety and fire management of buildings within the remit. The role will act as first point of contact for occupiers and tenants and will ensure regulatory compliance as well as promoting building safety for people across buildings within the remit.
Working in the central London region only the role will travel throughout the region and will require ongoing regular contact with client representatives, tenants and occupiers and will advise on both Health & Safety and Fire Safety to ensure the ongoing systems and processes are safe and maintained to the highest standards.
It is essential as a pre-requisite that candidates have experience of working within the property and FM sector, possibly within a consulting environment, in the capacity of Health and Safety and critically a working understanding and application of Fire Safety principles.
It would be expected in this role candidates will have operated at a management level working as part of a team and as a manager able to deliver a quality HSF service.
Candidates will be well qualified, likely to CMIOSH standard with an appropriate Fire qualification to Level 5 or equivalent.
* Please note this role is on an initial 2 year fixed term contract with the likelihood of perm contract before or at the end of period.
