Senior Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy Development
Location: UK Flexible
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday but we're open to flexible working
Contract: Fixed Term for 18 months
Salary: £75,057- £91,589 (DOE, plus Inner London Weighting £3,344, if applicable) per annum

A day in the life of our Senior Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy Development
You will lead teams that build relationships with the UK’s most significant corporate, institutional and philanthropy partners and supporters. You will be playing a key role in delivering bold change and growth that is rooted in the increasing need for our services.
You will be responsible for delivering and maximising our income from all high value audiences:
Corporate Partnerships
Institutional Partnerships
Philanthropy (both trust & foundations and individuals)
You will be accountable for ensuring that we have ambitious and credible strategies in place across each of these income streams. You will provide vital senior strategic expertise and coaching/management support to the Heads of each income stream. You will drive cross-team collaboration and share best practice and effective ways of working.

You are motivated by facilitating excellent supporter experience and driving excellence.
You’re a strong communicator. You can deliver an engaging message using different platforms (in person, virtually). You can negotiate with stakeholders and influence them to get results.
