Senior Hardware Design Engineer - Exciting Opportunity with Leading Tech Company
Lynx is working with a renowned tech company to recruit a Senior Hardware Design Engineer. In this role you'll play a pivotal role in new product introduction as well as sustaining engineering for ground-breaking products. This is a hybrid role and also offers a bonus of 3-6%.
Key Responsibilities:
Design electronic circuits, subsystems, and systems covering analog, digital, and RF
Schematic capture, layout, and library management
Evaluate new systems and technologies for feasibility and product design
Technical support for production, manufacturing, and troubleshooting
Design verification, testing, and documentation
Requirements:
4+ years of relevant hardware design experience
Strong expertise in digital circuit design (microprocessors, FPGAs, high-speed peripherals)
Solid skills in analog circuit design (power supplies, etc.)
Familiarity with PCB layout, EMC/CE marking, and design for IPC
Hands-on experience in PCB testing
Desired:
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools - Altium preferred
Understanding of military/airborne design standards (MIL-STD, DO-160, etc.)
Practical testing skills with scopes, analysers, JTAG boundary scan, etc.
