We have a passion for growth, including investing in the development of our people.Role DescriptionWe seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Group Treasury Analyst to join our Group Treasury team in Manchester, UK.Cash management: working with the regional teams, monitor, control and report on liquidity, headroom and loans.Financial modelling: consolidated cash forecasts, liquidity and working capital analysis.Funding lines: calculate borrowing base, monitor, report and advise on future limits and issues arising in the forecast.Trade Debtors: aged reporting and analysis.Bank covenants: calculate, forecast and present to management.Intercompany loans and settlement: report and ensure compliance.Interest: optimisation and advice to business.Foreign exchange: exposure reporting and assist regional teams with hedging.Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as necessary.Cover for other roles within the Group Treasury TeamAccountabilities:Analyse financial data, to include liquidity and working capital items and provide meaningful reports and recommendations to management.Monitor, report and manage cash and liquidity, including forecasting and funding.Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective cash management.Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations to ensure compliance.Skills, Knowledge and Experience:Relevant qualification in treasury, accounting or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Treasury role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.Experience with financial modelling and forecasting.Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial software.Good communication and presentation skills.Experience with Treasury management systems.What we can offer you!Attractive monthly base salary + performance bonus.Genuine career progression opportunities, either locally or globally!World-class training programmes and development opportunities Virtual Onboarding Events exclusively for new hires.Team driven environment, supportive culture with a focus on work-life balance.
