Senior Group Revenue, Pricing & Systems Manager

Morgan Mckinley is working with a fantastic employer based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area who is looking for an experienced Senior Group Revenue, Pricing & Systems Manager to join their Commercial Pricing & Revenue division. This is a hybrid working Revenue, Pricing & Systems Manager role, varied and busy position and an exciting time to join the business. The Senior Group Revenue, Pricing & Systems Manager will manage a team and be accountable for the effective pricing and revenue management.

Salary: Up to �76K+ excellent company benefits

Location: Hybrid working - 2 days office, parking onsite

Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri - 35 hour working week

Revenue, Pricing & Systems Manager duties:

• Planning, executing and measuring the performance of price promotions
• Develop and manage Pricing and Revenue Management strategies
• Ensure prices are competitive and deliver required gross margins
• Lead and manage a team of 2-3
• Deliver performance reports from BI and Revenue Management systems in order to revenue manage to deliver the required revenue budget
• Work with the external stakeholders and other teams to deliver to influence pricing / revenue activities and improve revenue
• Product owner - develop the Revenue Management System product and the 3rd party relationship provider
• Provide regular revenue, performance forecasts and reports

Skills and experience required:

• Proven experience of working in a Senior role - Revenue / Yield Management experience and revenue management of a large portfolio
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Revenue Management Systems (SaaS) and associated reporting tools including BI tools (such as Tableau, Qlik, or Business Object) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical and reporting abilities
• Expert level of Pricing experience
