Senior Group FP&A Manager

Job DescriptionMarks Sattin are delighted to be working alongside a leading a global Private Equity backed business to assist in appointing a Senior Group FP&A Manager.You will work closely with the Director of FP&A to provide leadership with performance management, commercial analysis, and financial planning. Your primary focus will be on monthly closing, as well as preparing and presenting monthly management information, forecast reports, and budget reporting. Your main responsibilities will include:Managing the monthly closing process and providing detailed variance analysis to senior managementCoordinating and completing the annual budget processDelivering detailed monthly management reporting with commercial commentary and business performance analysisConsolidating the group FP&A pack and preparing the MI packSupporting debt and equity fund raising and other FP&A activities required by the groupDeveloping and automating reports, dashboards, and KPI metricsCollaborating with commercial finance teams and senior staffTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:5+ years of PQE FP&A experience and a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Strong analytical and communication skills, with proven experience working in a commercial environment and partnering with financial and non-financial stakeholdersAdvanced knowledge of Excel and financial systems, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExperience in debt and equity fund raising is a plus, as well as working in the technology industry or with rapidly growing start-up businesses.
