At MSZ Brands, we're in search of a Graphic Designer who can paint masterpieces with their mouse. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand strategic design requirements and develop creative briefs.
Lead the design and execution of innovative, compelling, and effective graphic designs across various mediums, bringing our events, projects, campaigns, and communications to life.
Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and empowering the team to work within them.
Maintain effective communication throughout the design process, from initial brief to presenting proposals, capturing feedback, and providing debriefs.
Deeply understand our target audience and develop innovative ways to engage them through your creative designs.
Foster strong relationships with external creative agencies and partners to enhance collaborative efforts.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, emerging trends, and technological advancements.
Experience and Skills Required:
✨ Adobe Guru: Fully proficient in various Adobe Design packages, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
⏰ Deadline-Driven: Experienced in managing multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and effectively prioritising tasks.
Concept Development: Skilled in conceptualising ideas and confidently presenting them to stakeholders.
Full Design Lifecycle: Demonstrated expertise across all stages, from ideation and visualisation to design and final artwork.
Impressive Portfolio: Showcase your versatile and creative portfolio, highlighting your projects and executions across print, digital, and typography.
Typography Skills: Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
️ Attention to Detail: Meticulous with an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality standards.
Collaborative and Independent: Ability to work both autonomously, taking initiative and managing your workload, and collaboratively as part of a team.
Additional Skills: Copywriting, videography, motion graphics animation, proficiency in After Effects, and video editing software like Premiere Pro are advantageous.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Thrive on creative challenges and demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail.
Passionate and Curious: Genuine passion for design and creativity, with a curiosity to continuously produce outstanding work.
Experience Level: Preferably a mid-weight designer with 3+ years of professional experience; however, confident junior designers ready to showcase their skills are also welcome.
