Life Unlimited.At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living!The opportunity in this role will see you stepping into a high profile project which aims to deliver big things for one of our Advanced Wound Devices (AWD) products, RENASYS. The product range has once of the most exciting NPD pipelines in Advanced Wound Management (AWM). The role will look deliver key global marketing strategies and market development plans globally. There's an extensive opportunity to further develop market opportunities particularly in the US markets.What will you be doing?The role will provide leadership and product management for our RENASYS brand taking ownership for market development, R&D roadmaps, global value proposition, as well as managing customer feedback and focus groups to feedback into our R&D function.The role will have a strong focus on upstream marketing (70% upstream - 30% downstream) because of this you will link in with regional and local marketing to deliver tactical and localised strategies while also maintaining strong relationships with valuable partners internally and externally, like supply chain, regulatory, R&D, Medical Education and Healthcare Professionals.What does success look like?Success in the role will be determined by revenue and the speed and agility of growth of the brand and category. This will be mapped by how we continue to develop current and new global markets, while developing and driving a global strategy that can be embraced and localised by regional and local marketing teams.Ongoing success and growth of the brand will come with the strength of relationships within R&D to take market information and customer feedback to continually develop the R&D roadmap for future success and growth of the brand.Successful candidates would need the following:Experience owning and delivering a marketing strategy across multiple geographies including the USExperience building and maintaining strong positive relationships with internal and external partners who are critical to successStrong understanding of marketing devices in an acute healthcare settingExperience marketing capital equipmentProven track record of success in delivering for customersYou.
