Key Responsibilities:Plan and manage projects and business operations within their scope of responsibilityConfident and knowledgeable of various ground investigation techniques on both land and overwaterDay-to-day responsibility for planning, supervision, and programming of Ground Investigation projects throughout the United KingdomPrepare Health & Safety documentation and ensure a safe working environmentAct as a Site Agent and Logging Supervisor for medium to large-scale ground investigation projectsLiaise with clients, engineers, and main contractors throughout the site works phaseKeep accurate field records of tasks performedPerform logging of Soil and Rock in accordance with specificationsManage and collate site data using company software systemsContribute to technical proposals and assist with contract scopingCompile monthly financial project accounts and assist in maintaining project financial performancePromote the company's range of geotechnical servicesDevelop and maintain business relationshipsAssist in managing the technical and professional development of staffUndertake site-based tasks on a variety of sites, including active construction sitesJob Requirements:5-10 years of relevant site and industry experienceExcellent awareness of ground investigation specifications, procedures, techniques, standards, and codes of practiceAwareness and ability to implement Health, Safety, and Environmental legislationQualified to degree level in a geotechnical disciplineJoin our client's experienced and enthusiastic team, delivering ground investigation and geotechnical services to a wide-ranging client base across the UK.
