Position: Senior Fullstack Engineer
Location: London / Remote - 2 days in the office per week, Waterloo/Canary Wharf
Salary: Up to £85,000

About the role
This role involves developing and maintaining a trading platform for a large enterprise client in the energy sector, who handles millions of dollars of traded value each day. Initially, the focus will be on frontend tasks, transitioning to backend responsibilities over time.
Full stack development for a global trading platform using the following technologies:
Monorepo, GitHub, Jest, Playwright, React, Redis, SQL, WebSockets, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, SonarQube..
Contribute to automated tests
Peer code review
Take responsibility for features you deploy into staging and enterprise production environments
Requirements
8+ years of professional programming experience
3+ years of professional typescript or flow experience
5 years of React & Node.js experience
Hybrid working (2 days in the office per week, Waterloo/Canary Wharf)
Nice to have - experience with functional programming/languages like OCaml or Haskell etc.
