Senior full stack engineer

Senior Full Stack Developer -Fully Remote - Up to £70,000 Tech Stack :Node / React / AWS Location:Fully Remote. Responsibilities: Designing and implementing software solutions that meet business requirements considering scalability, reliability, and security Collaborating with product managers, designers, tech leads and developers on project plans and technical execution Mentoring and coaching developers, providing technical guidance and feedback Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other engineering meetings providing feedback to ensure code quality and alignment with technical standards Writing high-quality, maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Typescript, NodeJS, React) Developing and maintaining databases and data models, as well as creating and optimising queries Monitoring and analysing system performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks and issues Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, and sharing knowledge with the team Participating in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Contributing to the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices. Requirements: Ideally 5+ years of experience within software engineering including back and front end development Experience leading a Software Engineering Team Relevant recent hands-on experience with the following technologies: Git, NodeJS, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Javascript, React, Typescript, Redux, MongoDB, AWS Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google cloud Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum Interest in cyber security or edtech industries Strong leadership, problem-solving skills and be comfortable communicating in English Salary They offer an excellent salary of up to £70,000.
