A leading financial services firm is seeking a skilled Principal Front-End React Engineer/ Developer with a strong background in financial services working closely with users (ideally front office).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop responsive UI components with React and Redux.
Produce high-quality, testable software.
Cross-train team members in modern technologies.
Collaborate with business-facing teams.
Enhance technology platforms front office users
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
Essential Skills:
Expertise in React and Redux for SPA's
Proficiency in React libraries
Knowledge of React patterns
Familiarity with front-end development challenges and optimizations.
Clean Code
Knowledge of design patterns
Experience with front-end tooling
Proven experience in unit and end-to-end testing
Desirable Skills:
Experience with RxJS, Cypress, Material-UI, and React Hooks.
