Job DescriptionTitle: Senior FP&A ManagerLocation: London (hybrid)Compensation: £100-100k, plus bonusMT5887Role:Finatal are mandated by a PE backed SaaS business, seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to support the FP&A director by leading all forecasting, planning and budgeting activities across the business.Responsibilities:Support the FP&A Director by leading forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes to drive strategic decision-making and financial performance.Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across departments to understand business drivers, provide insights, and support decision-making processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the FP&A function, optimising processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.Oversee systems implementations and enhancements across the finance function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business performance evaluations.Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives.Requirements:ACA qualification (or equivalent).Extensive experience in Transaction Services, gained from a reputable accounting or advisory firm.Previous experience working within a PE-backed software or technology business is key.Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.Demonstrated ability to support the development of high-performing teams.Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions and levels of the organisation.Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing financial systems.Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.Ambitious and results-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellence.
